It's Autumn! YAY! 🍂 Saturday evenings are now Strictly Come Dancing, log fire, and a glass of wine. I have had a few Saturday evening invitations and I have duly replied ‘I am sorry but I am unable to attend; it's Autumn’.

Oh, how I love the seasons in our wonderful country. I'm withholding my excitement and suppressing the little voice in my head that’s screaming...

On a work note, all of the centers are busy busy. It appears everyone wants to be in the dry and warm, especially where the heating is already paid for 😉.

The atmosphere is buzzing - it's nearly gang warfare around the coffee machines!

All in all, everyone is happy!

The 1st OSiT Wellness Festival

As most of you will know, on the 26th of September, we hosted our first Wellness Festival at our Liverpool Street Centre. What a fantastic day! Free wellness activities, including massages, reiki sessions, sound baths, and much more.

Our lunchtime talks by Rosalind Moody and Alastair Coomes were well received, and we ended the day with an insightful panel discussion on sustainability, followed by drinks. The event had a great turnout and was a fantastic way to bring our community together for a day of relaxation and learning.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month
