What terms do you offer?

You may request a copy of our full Terms & Conditions by emailing sales@officespaceintown.com. However, with regard to length of occupation, the one page Licence can be from 3 months to 3 years. The average Licence length is 18 months. The longer period the Licence is signed for, the longer you have a secured payment structure. We do not offer day passes or co-working environment. All of our offices are private, sound proofed and occupied solely by one company. Each centre offers breakout space , kitchen areas , phone booths and bookable private meeting & conference rooms.
