Included in the monthly office fee - rent, business rates, utility bills, building insurance, furniture, cleaning, security, fully staffed reception ( Monday to Friday), fully trained on-site staff, 24-7 access, bean to cup coffee, still and sparkling water, break-out lounges, bike storage, shower facilities and all IT requirements. IT requirements include, secure wi-fi, disaster and recovery back up lines, secure rack space, telephones and on-site support.
