Can I use the address for my company registration?
Yes, but only with Gold or Silver memberships. There is an additional fee for using the address as your registered company address.
How does call answering work?
Your calls will be professionally answered in your company name and messages forwarded to you. Gold allows up to 5 calls per day, Bronze allows up to 3.
Can I receive parcels?
Yes. We accept packages and store them for £5 per day.
Is mail forwarding included?
Mail forwarding is included in Gold and Silver plans, but postage costs are charged separately.
What if I go over my call limit?
We offer an over-allowance add-on for £25/month if you exceed your included daily call answering limit.
Can I scan my mail instead of forwarding it?
Yes! Mail scanning is available as an add-on for £25/month.
How long is the membership term?
Memberships are rolling monthly, but the Registered Address add-on must be paid annually or monthly in advance.

Is there an annual price increase?
